Owen was an avid reader and loved to draw.

Owen J. Driscoll, 53, of Galena, Illinois, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026. There will be no public services at this time. Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City, Wisconsin is assisting the family.

Owen was born on February 14, 1973, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Rodney and Jeri (Gille) Driscoll. He graduated from Benton High School in 1991.

Owen was currently employed at Crown Royal in Dubuque, Iowa. He was an avid reader and loved to draw. Owen enjoyed spending time with his good friends, Todd McAuliffe, Tommy Beau and Miles Breed, especially attending concerts and sitting around the backyard fire pit. He loved his cats, Nalla, Butters and Jim. Owen will be remembered as a stoic, funny and very artistic person.

Owen is survived by his mother, Jerilyn Driscoll, Benton, WI; and his sister, Rachael Driscoll, Galena, IL.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Driscoll; his paternal grandparents, Daniel and Emma Driscoll; and his maternal grandparents, Paul and Myrtle Gille.
