Leonard J. “Lenny” Link, 73, of Dickeyville, Wisconsin, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at home. A private family service will be held at Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City, Wisconsin.
Lenny was born on October 3, 1951 in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of John and Velma (Sternhagen) Link. He was united in marriage to Janice Kremer on April 12, 1975. She preceded him in death on November 2, 2021.
Lenny graduated from Wahlert High School in 1968 and worked for the City of Dubuque. He then hauled milk for a few years before purchasing and running his own farm for the next 39 years where he and his wife, Janice, worked hand-in-hand. Lenny enjoyed fishing, going to tractor pulls and collecting guns. He was hard-working and always lent a helping hand when needed. Above all, Lenny loved spending time with his family.
Lenny is survived by two daughters, Nicole (Matt) Miller, Platteville, WI, and Elaine Link, Dickeyville, WI; two sons, John (Jessica) Link, Dickeyville, WI, and Joseph (Amanda) Link, Galena, IL; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two siblings, Theresa Link and Michael Link.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Link, and his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lenny’s name may be sent to Casey-McNett Funeral Home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
