Jonah W. Johnson , 13, of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2026 at Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City, Wisconsin with Pastor Matt Beers officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:45 a.m. Monday, June 22 at the funeral home prior to the service.

Jonah was born on March 11, 2013 in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, to Chris Johnson and Rebecca Hendrickson. He was a kind and deeply empathetic young man who gave the most amazing hugs. Jonah loved Lego League, spending time with friends, playing video games, and expressing his creativity through art. He adored his cat, Cookie, and his dog, Lola. Jonah Bones, a true wild child always on the move, filled every day with adventure, laughter and energy.

Survivors include his mother, Rebecca “Becky” (Adams) Hendrickson, Hazel Green, WI; his father, Chris Johnson, Livingston, WI; his sister, Nessa Adams-Bailey, Benton, WI; two brothers, Jacob Hendrickson, Hazel Green, WI and Karter Shaben, Lancaster, WI; his grandparents, Sam (Coco) Johnson, Heidi Jones, and Sharon Adams; two nephews, Oliver Adams and Luca Bailey; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eldon Adams; and his niece, Khaleesi Bailey.
