Edward C. Kunkel

Edward C. Kunkel, 90, of Cuba City, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025. Per Ed’s wishes, there will be no services. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cuba City, Wisconsin, is assisting the family.

Ed was born on July 25, 1934 in Kieler, Wisconsin, the son of Martin and Mildred (Lenstra) Kunkel. He married Norma Heil on February 27, 1960. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2003.

Ed is survived by three children, Linda (Earl) Hinderman and Ray Kunkel, both of Cuba City, WI, and Rod (Janet) Kunkel, Worthington, IA; three step-grandsons; a sister, Judy (Don) Takes; a brother, Randy (Kim) Kunkel; a sister-in-law, Shirley Puls; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Norma Kunkel; brothers and sisters; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
